Terms of sale
1 · What is sold
Digital products and services described on each offer page of this site. Every offer page states: price, what is included (with counted deliverables), the delivery deadline, and what is not included. The offer page is part of the contract.
2 · Prices and payment
Prices are those shown on each offer page at the time of purchase, in Brazilian reais (BRL) — except offers explicitly priced in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by our payment processor (card and boleto; other methods as available on the checkout page). The processor may add currency conversion for foreign cards. No commission or fee of ours is charged on top of the published price.
3 · Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation (download link). Services are delivered within the deadline stated on the offer page, counted in business days from payment — or, for services with a briefing, from the moment the answered briefing is received. If we exceed a deadline by more than 7 business days without a re-scope agreed in writing, you may cancel for a full refund.
4 · Right of remorse — 7 calendar days
For purchases made over the internet, Brazilian consumer law (CDC, art. 49) gives you 7 calendar days from receipt of the product — or from contracting of the service — to give up the purchase, with a full refund and no need to state a reason. Request it by e-mail at contato@oroborolabs.com. For services already started after those 7 days, refund is proportional to the deliverables not yet delivered.
5 · No promise of results
All services and products are described by their technical function — what the delivery does. We make no promise of revenue, sales, leads, ranking, productivity gains or any other business result. Numbers published on this site about our own work are dated measurements of our own operation and are not projections about yours.
6 · Buyer's duties
Services that depend on your material, accounts or decisions (automation, attendant, audits of your environment) state on the offer page what you must provide. Deadlines count from the moment what you must provide is actually provided.
7 · Warranties and liability
Consumer rights under Brazilian law (CDC) apply and are not waived. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8 · Copyright
Deliverables are licensed to you for use in your own operation. You may not resell or redistribute the delivered material, templates or code as a competing product. Third-party material that may arrive inside a research corpus keeps its own license, identified in the source index.
9 · Changes
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published at this address on the date of your purchase, identified by the version date above. Purchases already made keep the terms they were made under.
10 · Governing law and forum
Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Defense Code. Disputes that are not resolved by e-mail go to the court of the judicial district of {{FORO_COMARCA}}, Brazil — without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue at their own domicile where the law so allows.
