Custom automation, closed scope
This workshop runs its own operations with software agents and publishes the audits of its own work, failures included. What we sell is that same discipline applied to your process: a written scope before any work starts, a fixed price, a dated deadline, and a named list of what is not included. Nothing on this page promises a business result.

AUT-01 · One n8n flow — R$ 490 · 3 business days
Includes (3 deliverables): the workflow file (JSON, importable in 1 click), a 1-page import and credentials guide, and 1 adjustment round within 7 days of delivery. One flow = 1 trigger and up to 3 steps (for example: form response → writes to a spreadsheet → notifies your e-mail or Telegram).
Not included: hosting or account costs of n8n and of the connected services; paid API keys; continuous monitoring; additional flows (each one is a new AUT-01); fixes if you edit the flow without telling us.
CHAT-01 · WhatsApp FAQ attendant — R$ 690 · 5 business days
Includes (4 deliverables): the attendant configured and tested on 1 WhatsApp number, the editable answer base of up to 15 question/answer pairs, a 1-page operation guide (or short video), and 1 adjustment round within 7 days. The bot answers who writes in and routes the rest to "talk to a human".
Not included: WhatsApp/Meta API and bot-platform costs; number purchase or verification; monthly maintenance (new answers after the adjustment round); CRM/store integration (see API-01); human attendance — the bot only routes.
RASP-01 · One public-site scrape — R$ 390 · 3 business days
Includes (2 deliverables): the clean dataset (.xlsx and .csv; named columns, no duplicates) covering up to 500 pages or 5,000 items of 1 public site — whichever comes first — and the Python collection script with reuse instructions.
Not included: sites behind login, paywall or captcha, or whose terms forbid scraping (we decline in the proposal); recurring collection (this is a one-shot job); fixing the script if the site changes after you accept the delivery.
REL-01 · One recurring report — R$ 490 · 5 business days
Includes (4 deliverables): the report template plus the automation that generates it (exportable workflow), the first real run supervised with you, a 1-page guide, and 1 layout/fields adjustment round within 7 days. One report (weekly or monthly) fed by 1 of your sources: spreadsheet, Google Sheets or a simple API endpoint.
Not included: paid data sources or closed systems; layout changes after the adjustment round; hosting and sending e-mail accounts; interpretation of the numbers — the deliverable is the report, not an analysis.
API-01 · Two systems connected — R$ 980 · 7 business days
Includes (4 deliverables): the integration running in your environment (2 systems, 1 direction or polling), the field-mapping document approved by you before work starts, an operation guide covering the 5 most common errors, and 1 adjustment round within 7 days.
Not included: monthly fees of the integrated tools; paid or undocumented APIs (we decline in the proposal); a third system (each new connection is a new quote); continuous support after the adjustment round.
AUD-01 · 10-point automation audit — R$ 390 · 3 business days
Includes (3 deliverables): the audit document — 10 points, each scored with risk and effort (re-typing, copy between systems, spreadsheet routines, manual notifications and so on), a 1-page prioritized plan of what to automate first, and a 30-minute Q&A by chat.
Not included: implementing any recommendation (each one sells a package above); direct access to your passwords — you connect or describe; review beyond the 10 points.
Custom builds (sob medida)
When the need does not fit a package, we quote the delivery as a whole: R$ 1,000–2,000 per delivery, scope written and approved before any work starts. You receive the same contract shape as the packages — deliverables counted, deadline dated, exclusions named. The payment link for a custom build is generated with the proposal.

Rules that apply to every package
- Closed scope. If a job consumes more than 3× the estimated effort, we stop and re-scope in writing — never a silent overrun.
- Your accounts. Automations run on your n8n, your WhatsApp platform, your spreadsheets and APIs. We deliver exportable workflows and scripts, not hosting.
- Deadlines count in business days from scope approval.
- No promises of results. We describe what the delivery does as a technical function — never what your business will gain from it.
FAQ
What if my need fits no package?
Then it is a custom build (R$ 1,000–2,000 per delivery). Write to us, we answer with a written scope and a fixed price before any payment.
What if the work grows beyond the estimate?
We stop at 3× the estimated effort and re-scope. A job that quietly eats triple the estimate is a scope error, and scope errors are re-negotiated, not absorbed.
Who pays for tools and accounts?
You do — and we list every recurring cost before starting. The n8n community edition you can self-host is free; Obsidian-grade simplicity is the goal, not upsold infrastructure.
Can you change things after the adjustment round?
Yes — as a new package. Every package includes exactly 1 adjustment round within 7 days of delivery; after that window the work is priced again.
